Breastfeeding tops - is there anything vaguely nice/fashionable out there?

Hi There,

Have 3 week old and I'm BF, but I don't really want to look like a sack of potatoes for another 9 months!

Didn't forsee the wardrobe requirements of getting norks out when i was preggers, so currently only have a couple of baggy t-shirts (vest top pulled down underneath) and a couple of H&M BF tops. And no chance of venturing out to "try things on".

Is there anything vaguely fashionable/trendy or at least slightly more exciting out there? I miss looking nice. More importantly can i get it online?

Any help most appreciated..

Hi you may want to try a Bravado nursing camisole. It's seriously the best item of clothing I own at the mo. In fact I have two and if I was rich would get one for every day of the week! They are not cheap (£30 ish) but I was lucky my mum bought one of mine. They are different to ordinary nursing vests as they have a supportive bra insert so you don't lose your shape. I wear one most days under a normal top. Also handy for sleeping in as really easy access in middle of night is priceless!

mmm yes, I forgot to mention I had two of those Bravado tops as well and they were invaluable. Very supportive and not a 'shelf bra', a proper bra. Worth the cost imo, a bra and bf vest/top in one
