Got my BFP a few days ago and think I'm around 4+4 so EDD is 3rd March!

This is my second pregnancy, I have a DS who just turned 1 so will be looking at 2 under 2!

6 weeks today with Sprog 3! Eek. Congratulations all! My EDD is 10
March.

I was wondering, what with lockdown and all, whether there would be a baby boom around now... or the complete opposite! Any thoughts?! After being locked in a flat with two small children for months on end, clearly the correct response is to add another one into the mix Grin

JBCG · 15/07/2020 17:13

Welcome to you all! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all, I've had a bit of a anxious few days that saw me step away from Mumsnet a bit but I had an early scan on Monday that went well so I'm feeling a bit calmer!

So pleased your scan went well @shell1002!

@Bexx34 I believe you call your gp to just advise them and they make the referral to the midwives for you (but I'm not in the U.K. so it may be different!).

@bureaucrat I read an article in the midst of full lockdown that said midwives expect fewer babies to be born - due to lack of time (for those families who already have children in the house) and also a limit on the number of 'unplanned' pregnancies from nights out etc. But time will tell!!

So glad your scan went well. I had one last week too. I'm on quite a bit of medication so it definitely calmed me down to see the heartbeat x

Sparkles715 · 16/07/2020 17:30

Congratulations everyone. I got a BFP today. I already have one DD who is 5. EDD 25th March 2021.

JBCG · 16/07/2020 18:08

Congratulations @Sparkles715 x

How's everyone feeling? Many symptoms yet?

The nausea has hit me like a train the last 10 days or so. I find I only feel better in the moment of eating, immediately before and after I feel awful again .. so I am constantly grazing! Luckily my desk at work is surrounded by extremely unobservant men so I don't think there's much chance of being found out early 😂

No symptoms here yet but I had no sickness or any other symptoms throughout my previous pregnancy.

serialplanner · 16/07/2020 23:02

@JBCG oh no sorry you are feeling sick. Lucky your colleagues don't notice!

I have huge tender boobs, some early wake ups and weird dreams. Also forgetful and peeing loads- already?

Waiting for the sickness to kick me :/

hypernova · 17/07/2020 13:07

Congratulations everyone Smile I'm 4+6 today. Found out a week ago that we're expecting DC3. Not had many symptoms yet. Very tired during the day and a complete insomniac at night. Occasional sore boobs but no nausea yet. I had a MC at 10 weeks back in January so I'm feeling quite anxious. I've booked a scan for 6 weeks to hopefully give me some reassurance.

serialplanner · 17/07/2020 15:31

Has anyone got a bit of a belly already?

I could have done with losing a few pounds before I was pregnant but it's constantly bloated now so already looks like a bump/podge. Hopefully it at least stays this way for a long while.

I'm only 6 weeks tomorrow!

Slat3 · 20/07/2020 12:43

Congratulations everyone 🎉
There is a MN Facebook group where we have 30 so far, if you want to join just PM me and I will add you on fb (add to group then delete). That’s the only way to do it as it’s private (secret) so nobody can join who isn’t in the group xx

GAW19 · 21/07/2020 20:54

Hey, is it okay to join?

Found out this week, I'm 5 weeks, due 23rd March Smile second baby! First time I needed fertility treatment, this time was all natural!

Slat3 · 21/07/2020 20:57

@Slat3 I don’t think this one is v active, there’s one on pregnancy with loads of posters. Or you could join the fb group.
Either way congratulations because that’s amazing Flowers

babytee21 · 22/07/2020 14:49

@serialplanner yes I've got a bit of a belly.. don't know if it's bloating or baby.. or lockdown indulging!

RasperryInAMelon · 24/07/2020 04:53

Hi all,

Have just found out I'm 5 weeks with DC2

It's all come as a wonderful surprise after 7 months TTC!

serialplanner · 24/07/2020 13:00

Congratulations @RasperryInAMelon !🥳

littlelegs888 · 25/07/2020 20:07

Hi everyone
I got my BFP last Sunday but was in denial as the lines were so faint. But definitely positive. I have a 10month old DS. Would love to join the FB group x

calimommy · 27/07/2020 15:24

Hi all hopping on here as I might be end March or early April. This is my 7th pregnancy but hopefully 4th baby. Had a MC in May at 10 weeks so trying not to think about the pregnancy too much atm.

Preee · 30/07/2020 12:05

Hello ladies!!
Congratulations to you all.
I am 9 weeks pregnant, my due date is 8th March. Yet not confirmed, as my scan is pending.
I am facing nausea, feeling sick through out the day. How are you ladies coping up?
Wish to connect and discuss further.

Thanks

Preee · 30/07/2020 12:08

@Slat3 congratulations to you. Can I please join in the Facebook group. Message me the link. Thanks. Halo

Slat3 · 30/07/2020 12:20

I have sent you a PM re the Facebook group. Nearly 50 of us on there now x

SharedLife · 30/07/2020 15:49

Hi all!
So glad to find this group, I found my previous birth club group a huge support.
I'm 5ish weeks pregnant with dc3. Dc1 is 12, dc2 is nearly 16 months 😁
Feeling quite nauseous and I'm really tired all the time. I had gestational diabetes with dc2 so have started the gestational diabetes diet already in the hope I can put it off as long as possible!

Really looking forward to this journey with you all. I think it will be quite different this time round what with COVID and all!

Preee · 31/07/2020 12:13

Hello ladies,
I m on my 9th week, currently my morning sickness is better. Not feeling nauseous but extremely tired. Do not feel like getting up from couch or bed, depleted of energy. Is everything alright with me? Any1 feeling same? Xox

serialplanner · 31/07/2020 20:26

@Preee I'm only 7 weeks but feel the same. Starting to feel guilty and lazy. Doesn't help that I only want to eat beige or breaded things too!

People say your energy comes back in your second trimester x

Preee · 02/08/2020 14:13

@serialplanner, hope I get lil better with time. I am loving coke, fizzy drinks other than that not happy eating much. Such a chaos. Hope you are good. X

calimommy · 02/08/2020 15:29

If there is a Facebook group can someone link me? Thanks
