Howdy all,
I am 27 and am 17 weeks today with my first baba. I had ny 2nd midwife appointment yesterday and found out I was rhesus negative. Did abit of research about it online at work today.
Just wondered if anyone else has this?
Thanks
KT

I am rh- too, and have had vaginal bleeding at 8 and 16 weeks. Had a nightmare at 16 weeks, as the doc who saw me in A&E was useless and didn't give me anti-D jab, when the guidance notes clearly said he should have. Later the doctors in the maternity unit were horrified to hear he hadn't done it. When they gave it to me it was fine and didn't hurt. I have been told I will have it at 28 and 32 weeks as well as after birth. Good luck. It is fine - it is very serious if untreated, but fine if your docs know what they are doing.
