Hello Smile

I found out last week that i am pregnant currently only 15dpo so 4 weeks 1 day (found out super early with extremely faint lines on FRER)

So EDD of 8th July, I've booked my midwife appointment for next wed to get some early scans booked as we've had 4 miscarriages and 1 of those being a molar pregnancy so keeping our fingers crossed this one sticks!

Anyone else due July?

It's really hard isn't it. I'm trying to enjoy it and look after myself! Love to you all 🥰

Elles1980 · 10/11/2019 18:39

That's the most important thing is too look after ourselves regardless! I'm fine through the day but have always suffered from anxiety once it gets dark (the irrational me comes out) it's so weird I'm so happy and excited by day and by night it's what if this and what if that lol!! Trying to give myself tough love in the evening instead of going with it though 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 xxx

grabbp · 10/11/2019 18:45

Hello! Can I please join?

I found out yesterday that I am pregnant with my second child.

I think I am approx 4 weeks

I am for some reason very nervous this time round that something may go wrong or that it's too good be true as it happened so quick.

I current have a 2.5 yo boy.

Chlosavxox · 10/11/2019 20:44

I'm due around mid July! I had a miscarriage a few months ago so defiantly stressing abit but I have an early scan booked for next month Smile

Bexx19 · 10/11/2019 21:38

I’ve done like 10+ test over 2 days and all faint positives period due Tuesday so waiting and hoping it gets darker. I don’t want to get excited just yet tho. Haven’t told partner yet I was going to tell him Xmas time 😀 we already have Rainbow twins and a singleton and this baby was planned 😀just don’t want to get my hopes up tho. I have cramps (normal I know) peeing loads 🤣 crying over stupid stuff lol and felt sick today. Due date would be July.

Suzanne4989 · 10/11/2019 22:42

Hello. can I join as well. Im due on the 14th July. What symptoms have you all had so far xx

CouldBeAGreatMum · 11/11/2019 00:12

Hey @Suzanne4989 I've got really sore boobs, twinges and light cramps, acid heart burn, and strong smells of other people's body odour when on the bus! 🤢

Wow @Bexx19 congrats! Thanks Can't believe you're going to be able to keep it a secret from your DP for that long!

Milcd · 11/11/2019 06:30

Hi, can I join please? This is my first pregnancy, 4+6 EDD 12th july, and already really paranoid about symptoms going. I have had really sore boobs but woken up this morning with them not being sore at all really. Does anyone else experience stronger symptoms in the evening like bloating (to the point I can't have my jeans done up) and sore boobs to them not really being there in the morning? I am also nearly 40.

Elles1980 · 11/11/2019 09:17

Good morning ladies,
@Mildcd I think it's totally normal for symptoms to fluctuate (I actually know this because I am a mentalist and asked my doctor 😂). I wouldn't worry too much. I thought I was not pregnant last week because the vile taste in my mouth went away, it's back but sore boobies have gone 🤷🏻‍♀️?! When I have a sore back I think I'm going to MC, but when it goes away I also think that 🤦🏻‍♀️😂!! Our bodies are weird and wonderful. I do find I'm super bloated in the evenings and very windy 😬🙈! Aww your first, massive congratulations! It's my 9th pregnancy but will be my 5th child. If it makes you feel any better I worried sick on all of them and they have all been totally different 😂! I hope this helps 🥰.
@CouldBeAGreatMum I feel your pain but that last symptom made me laugh out very loud haha!! Other people's body odour 😱😷..... unnecessary!! Why do our noses get stronger, what's the point I don't understand lol?!
@Suzanne4989 IV had bouts of being really incredible light headed (if anyone has any tips I'd be very grateful lol) wind 😂🙈, little nauseated and the weirdest dreams!! Also have a nose that would give sniffer dogs a run for there money lol!
@Bexx19 how you can keep that to yourself baffles me lol, but good on you! What an amazing Christmas present that will be 🥰!
@Chlosavxox I think we're all in very similar situations lovely, let's all hold hands and get through this together! Hopefully we'll get to the stage of being less afraid and more moany lol!!
@grabbp, I feel you. I am so anxious I was messaging oh (we don't live together yet) saying I'm going docs today blah blah and he was like....you need to calm down lol!! Again let's all be here for each other, sometimes (all the time for me) we just need someone to say "oh that's normal" or "I'd get that checked" to make our worries to disappear, if I can be of any help to any of you ladies for the next 8 months I'll give it my best shot 😊.
That being said I'm a bit weird and think I'm hilarious, so probably best not to take too much notice of me at times lol! Xx

grabbp · 11/11/2019 09:32

It so lovely to have a group to vent to since too can't really do it IRL since it's all kept quiet!

I feel so tired this morning and feeling slightly sickly but I actually think it's all in my head

Milcd · 11/11/2019 10:01

@Elles1980 thanks for the advice, it is good to know that things can fluctuate and it doesn't mean anything bad. I need to chill out and stop worrying!
@grabbp I completely agree that it is good to vent to and get advice from, my OH already thinks I'm mad because I was awake at 0530 worrying about things.

Time can't go quick enough now until the first scan. I'm having a Harmony test done at just over 10 weeks, that will be the first scan I have.

grabbp · 11/11/2019 10:30

I think this is why I'm worried too!

I had stomach twitching last week and now a missed period so tested and got positive.

I've had NO "symptoms" though. Last time around I had sore boobs etc but this time nothing.

This time around I've found out a week earlier though!

Elles1980 · 11/11/2019 10:49

I definitely agree about the venting on here, I'd actually really relied on another thread I was on with a few ladies whilst still TTC after loss, it's actually quite a hilarious thread but we were very open and honest with our concerns and worries. During those months my oh thought I was fine because I was venting to MN 😂, only the past week IV been stuck in limbo IV started telling him stuff and he thinks IV lost my shit haha! He said I wondered how you had just kept on being so strong, it amazed me...... If only he could see the thread I'm on about 😂🤦🏻‍♀️!
@grabbp honestly don't worry, if you are sickly it's a good sign because you want to feel symptoms, and also if it is in your head it's win win because you want to feel symptoms lol! I have health anxiety outside of pregnancy anyways so now it's just heightened, last night I was having an eptopic (in my mind of course)because my first hcgs have been incredibly low, and this morning I'm having twins (again in my mind) because I have the strongest most rancid taste in my mouth 😂. I actually have a mental health team and they are all so lovely but have told me that they can't help me because as much as I have irrational thoughts and fears I can always talk myself out of it (that's not a nice process telling myself I'm a bit nuts and I'll be ok lol), so hopefully we can all just let it out laugh and move on! There will never be any judgement here for sure. Oh also I'd just like to add I'm not barking mad to the extreme, I live a normal life I work as a pe teacher and fitness and instructor, I just sadly have anxiety 🤷🏻‍♀️! Also every pregnancy is totally different, I think we'll be able to reassure each other a fair amount! I actually feel better for having found this thread and being able to share already!
On that note I have my next docs appointment (because I'm high risk after 2 MC this year and 2 eptopics years ago) I'm wondering if I should have HCG done again, or am I just torturing myself by number checking etc? Like you ladies I'm symptom spotting like a loony but I know they fluctuate. I think I'll be happy after a scan when I know it's in the right place, just because these things happened before it doesn't mean it'll happen again.
Dear lord of you got this far in my middle messed up message I salute you 😂🙈! I do tend to let it all out and ramble on.... Apologies lol xx

Izabelus · 11/11/2019 11:09

@Elles1980 I'm at work and can't type in a long message here right now but just wanted to let you know that your post made me smile... !!!

Elles1980 · 11/11/2019 11:27

MrsD0147 · 11/11/2019 13:54

Awww @Elles1980 just seen your message from Saturday - yayyy!

Serendipity6 · 11/11/2019 17:08

Hello everyone,
May I join too please?
I am due on 8th July. This is my second pregnancy, I have a three year old son. I am 40, and we have had problems conceiving so this pregnancy is a result of our third round of IVF.
I feel very blessed to be pregnant but also can’t quite believe it and worry it’s too good to be true!
Good luck to everyone

Elles1980 · 11/11/2019 17:32

@MrsD0147 I know....how excitingly terrifying 😬😱😂😂!!
@Serendipity6 welcome, aww that's amazing, congratulations 🎉💐, I'm sure you'll be just fine but always here (literally as I have no life outside of work haha) if you need an ear xx

Hayley94 · 11/11/2019 19:32

Can I join in? From my last period my due date is 9th July for baby number 2. I'm so worried this time round! X

cbviolet · 13/11/2019 13:53

Found out yesterday I am pregnant, due date calculator puts me at 18th July. Extremely nervous as 2nd pregnancy, but first in 2015 was stillborn at 38 weeks.

Murree · 13/11/2019 18:04

Hello everyone, I got my BFP this morning!
I was 5 days late so it puts me at 4w6d. I knew something was off as I was getting mild cramps but I never came on but put off testing as I was so scared of a negative! We have been trying for 2 and half years for this so I am now terrified of something happening Sad.
Trying to keep positive - will test again tomorrow morning and Friday morning and then if still showing positive I'll contact the GP

bethf1996 · 13/11/2019 18:59

Hi Everyone,

Congratulations to you all. Do you mind if I Join?

I had a positive test on Friday (8th) so worked out that I'm due around 19th July.. I should be 4+3...

Just sooo nervous that something may go wrong in this first 12 weeks... No idea what to expect. Keep getting a lot of low cramping on and off. Spoken to the midwife, she's asked me to call back at 6week to book in for my first appointment before I'm 10 weeks.

Elles1980 · 13/11/2019 19:05

@hayley94, I think you could have 20 pregnancies but you would always worry! That's what is mummas do 😊!
@cbviolet I can't possibly imagine what that must have done to you lovely, but rest assured that we (I'm sure I can speak for everyone, well I will anyways lol) will be here to hold your hand ❤️!
@Murree congratulations 🎉, I would never say to anyone to keep calm and relax because I myself am a bit mental lol but each day nothing happens, your still pregnant and that's great!! Try to enjoy what you can and when your worried the best advice I can give is get it off of your chest, no matter how big or small it may seem. And wether you chat to family, friends or ladies on MN it helps me to no end! Welcome ladies. I hope everyone is well, I am still driving myself mental IV convinced myself I'm having an eptopic and talked myself out of it about 3 times today 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️! Had my bloods done aswell and see the doctor tomorrow purely because of my history. At this particular minute I feel positive (that could change by 19.10 lol)! Anyways hope all you lovely ladies are well xxx

Murree · 13/11/2019 19:10

Thanks @Elles1980 Ive had some brown spotting today so that hasn't helped my anxiety! I just keep telling myself some spotting is normal and all will be fine Confused

Elles1980 · 13/11/2019 19:16

@Maurree honestly I know all about anxiety Hun. But spotting is very common through pregnancy. I had a massive bleed last week and the worst pains and I'm still pregnant. I would always say if you feel something's not right get it checked out, there's never any harm in being safe. I can tell you from many personal experiences no one will judge you for looking after your own health! Xxx
