Am 38 weeks and due anytime. Have two little girls named Daisy and Violet but do not know sex of # 3 ... If its a girl we kind of want to stick with the flowery theme , but not the obvious like Lily and Poppy ... any suggestions ???

Obviously if it s a boy we are totally stuck !

Jessenia an arabic name for a flower. I really liked that name but keep having boys!

Hazel or Willow (trees I know!)

belgo · 01/02/2007 12:29

Suri means Rose doesn't it?

belgo · 01/02/2007 12:34

Hyacinth or Hermione

belgo, I thought Hermione was Helen of Troy's DD.

belgo · 01/02/2007 13:44

Hermione is a flower isn't it?

isabmum · 01/02/2007 14:19

florence-flower
olive,
tamara,
suzannah/suzie or some other varient of susan (means lily)
summer

lullabyfornow · 01/02/2007 14:24

lullabyfornow · 01/02/2007 14:26

I like Iris too..I love Violet....what I want for any future dd...

whatisthepoint · 01/02/2007 14:27

I have a Jasmine !!

lullabyfornow · 01/02/2007 14:28

There's Eglantine, meaning wild rose, but dd many get called Eggy. I gorgeous name though imo.

Lilliput · 01/02/2007 14:40

nothing wrong with Lily (my dd), I didn't want to call her Daisy as I thought that was too obvious a flower name.

Rumpel · 01/02/2007 14:47

Hazel?
Petunia?
Rosie instead of Rose?
Sage?
Melissa which is Lemonbalm
Fuschia?

lullabyfornow · 01/02/2007 15:33

I love Lily too, although why not choose another nature, not flower name, Pearl, I think that's stunning! And would complement the other two names without being too flowery.

belgo · 01/02/2007 18:12

Petal. (I think that's lovely!
Robin (another nature name that's not a flower), and can also be for a boy.

violetsonadewyspringmorning · 02/02/2007 01:43

Could you really call a child 'Petal' though - what happens if they turn out to be a 20 stone sumo wrestler. Love the name in theory, though, like I love the name Sweetpea, but would never ever actually give a baby that name.

NotAnOtter · 02/02/2007 11:07

Sadly i know a very gay byker FLEUR!!

fennel · 02/02/2007 11:09

Nicki10, I know 3 sisters, Poppy, Daisy and Rose.

Sage is a lovely name. Also Iolanthe.

Bodkin · 06/02/2007 19:20

My midwife (who was about 21) who delivered DD was called Clementine. Of course I immediately wanted to call DD after her as she had been fantastic and I thought it was an amazing and unusual name, but DP was not so keen (nor so high on hormones )
