Spotting came back with a vengeance so I went to my gp this morning. She was lovely and phoned up EPU and booked me a scan on thursday. Scared!

broodysnoopstie · 09/06/2014 11:14

she said it can be perfectly normal but it's best to get it checked out. Thanks Wood xx

I signed up to bounty/aptaclub/cow&gate today and one of them said spotting can be fine but defo best to have the early scan. Xx

broodysnoopstie · 09/06/2014 22:36

aw Wood you are so nice. I'm still spotting today so glad I've got scan. I will be so scared on Thursday. I think I'll cry either way good or bad news!!

OP posts:
woodwaj · 10/06/2014 07:24

I was silly and poas today (bought a different type of stick - so had to try one out!)
I'm only about 9dpo, it was bfn, I kept thinking i could see a line a little bit but it might've been where the line should be (was squinting very hard haha). Still having this pinky/browny tint when I wipe! Weird.

woodwaj · 10/06/2014 20:37

That is weird!! What brand did you use?

Hibou7688 · 10/06/2014 20:59

From ebay, didn't have a brand! They are in a white and pink packet - if that helps? They are plasticy and more sturdy that the internet cheapy cardboard strips I've had before! Who knows if that makes them any more reliable!

broodysnoopstie · 10/06/2014 21:06

Hibou fx for you if Def wait a couple of days and test again x

Hibou7688 · 10/06/2014 21:09

Just read instructions (bit late). It says to use them only up to 4 days before af due I've got about 10 days til af. Doh

woodwaj · 10/06/2014 21:22

Oops that was defo early poas. Its hard not too though. Im deciding when I should do my next cb digital! Decisions decisions. Worried about it because I still have no signs!

Hibou7688 · 10/06/2014 21:42

You got an early scan booked?? Must be really strange with no symptoms! Bet you want to test everyday just to check all is ok!

woodwaj · 10/06/2014 22:32

Yeah my scan is a week today and I am 6 weeks tomorrow. Still early days trying not to worry I have done loads of tests though ha!

broodysnoopstie · 10/06/2014 22:48

oh girls. It's getting heavier and now I'm seeing a bit of red as well as Brown plus stringy Black bits like clots plus cramps. Sad Sad Sad Sad

Oh Oh Oh what have I missed!!!!! WOOD!! You got your BFP?!?!?! Grin Grin Grin that is flipping fantastic I am so so pleased for you!!!

Forgive me as I have only so far read back about two pages of news but I am soooooo excited for you. Actually feeling a little emotional (need to pull myself together).

Glad you have an early scan booked, I did the same and it provided real reassurance because, like you, I didn't really feel any symptoms. Do let us know how it goes.

And Broody try not to worry too much. Bleeding/ spotting in early pregnancy can be normal so I will keep everything crossed for you that all is well. I will be thinking of you on Thurs, let us know how it goes. If it helps at all I had bleeding at around 8, 10 and 11 weeks. Not loads but enough to warrant a trip to A&E first time and then a private scan each of the other two times and all was ok for me (although so very worrying at the time). I so very much hope it is good news for you too. Have fingers crossed for you.

one how are you doing? Hope all is well with you too.

I've been a bit busy for a few days (have PM'd you all) but wanted to let you know our beautiful daughter arrived a week ago and is absolutely perfect, better than I could ever have imagined. It's been a tough week with a marathon labour and a hospital stay but all is looking very good and we hope to be home very soon.

Wishing you all well, fingers crossed for early scans and fingers crossed for you too Hibou, hope you just tested a bit early.

woodwaj · 11/06/2014 07:14

Broody any chance you can ring them back and get your scan brought forward today?? Could be worth a try if they can't its close to Thursday now!

Thank you vicky 6 weeks today! And a massive congratulations to you! I am so chuffed and really glad to hear you went through what me and broody are. It really helps!! Can't wait to hear more about her xx

broodysnoopstie · 11/06/2014 09:29

Vicky that's AMAZING news Congratulations I'm so happy for you and your little girl. I'm off to read my inbox and stop moping about here. It gives me hope that you bled too.

Wood I've actually tried and they are too busy, only one day to wait. I'm trying not to think about it in the hope time will go faster.
