hi i work in a hotel where we cater for mostly old people , my job is very stressful sometimes at cause me to get very light-headed , collapse , get migraines which cause me to be ill and need bed rest . i was just wondering if i asked my employer to drop my hours to 25hrs a week would he fire he.. i cant handle long hours no more before i became pregnant i could do silly hours but now can just about manage 5hrs a day. i am nearly 22weeks pregnant and just looking for advise???

AN YES there are women pregnant with low hcg levels. havent had a blood or urine pregnancy test possitive YET.. id only be 8 weeks pregnant right now. Need REAL medical help to.

I live with my parents, and we went away one weekend, and 3 weeks later I started carving unuasl things, and I was really nausea, every week my stomach gets bigger. I still have a period "if that what you want to call it" it more like spotting. They are very very protective and they always know what I am doing and if they don't know they are always on me about what I'm doing. They don't tell me anything. Anyways I think I might have been raped and I think I might be pregnant. what do I do? with out them noticing, my mom always watch my recites and my banking account

ladybug I am so sorry to hear that you have been through that, what an awful experience. I would suggest going to see your GP as they can do a blood test which obviously will be confidential and won't show any cost to your bank account etc. Please find out though as if you are pregnant you will need antenatal care.

Is it normal to spot a small amount of blood?

I have a question for a midwife if anyone would be kind enough?

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and conceived through ovulation induction (which is what I blame my anxiety on!) I was having all the wonderful symptoms like nausea, fatigue and breasts so sore I wanted to cover them in metal and then all of a sudden, everything seems to have stopped. I’ve got no bleeding or cramping. I had a scan at 6&8 weeks and the heartbeat etc was all perfect.

I called the midwife and she said go to A&E so I did and they said unless I was bleeding and cramping not to worry and sent me home!

Am I worrying about nothing?

I'm 27 weeks pregnant 28 and IV been having pain like something pushing on my pelvic bone do n e body no what it is

my cervix tightened about 4.30pm and it felt like I peed a little probably the amount of 2tbsp. i think that was my water breaking not sure? either way after that I kept getting the tightenings about every 20 minutes a few minutes long for 3/4hours and they were getting more painful. now suddenly it's all stopped. Is this normal or do i need to go to the hospital?

I am 37 and have 3 healthy girls , I had my 12 week scan and the screening , my bloods have come back 1.8 high risk for DS
Has anyone else had this and had positive outcome ?
Also does this mean my baby has DS? I’m so worried and confused

How accurate are scans in comparison to LMP? I should've been 6 weeks on Monday but at scan they only measured me at 4-5weeks. I've had 2 previous losses so am so so worried and am not having follow up till Monday.

I had intercourse from the 9th-13th july and pretty sure I ovulated around the 11th.

Hi. I’m looking for some advice please. I’m thinking of having another baby but my second baby was delivered via a classical c section and my third was delivered via c section but they told me after the scar has started to rupture and I was lucky. I was just wondering how safe it would be to go through with another pregnancy. Xx
