Im memorylapse now

After 5 years of much heartache including the devastating loss of a baby at 16 weeks and again at 23 weeks..as well as much other sadness..Im so happy to announce that my little girl was born 3 weeks early on 16th April weighing 6lbs 11.5 oz

This pregnancy was kind of last chance saloon..and many a time we were not sure if it would have a happy ending..there were lots of complications and scares inc developing diabetes at 14 weeks pregnant...

In the last few weeks my diabetes was not behaving and I was admitted to hospital 5 weeks before my due date..after 2 weeks of monitoring..it was decided to induce..Olivia was born after just a one hour labour and two pushes..no stitches..no tears..

her blood sugars were fine and considering my diabetes..she was quite tiny...although now at 6 weeks shes a robust 9lb...

we are blissfully happy..if not totally sleep deprived..but she now completes our family and Im very proud to say I have five beautiful children...
and Im never having any more!
