I am thrilled to announce the birth of Imogen Bo. She was born at 08.18 on Wednesday 18 May.

Wow - birth is painful ! The contractions started very slowly in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Went hospital at 6am only to be sent home. After a long day of 'is this happening or not', finally went back into hospital at 9pm. I was offered a room and Dh was sent home at 10.30 as I was still early stage. Then at 11pm I started having mega contractions every 2/3 mins, and Dh was called back in. The second stage took just 48 minutes - which was mind blowing. I finally got my epidural, and things calmed down. The actual birth was incredible as I could push but didn't feel the pain this time.

Imogen has jet black hair and is such a little dot. She is now 6 days old, and the 'preggars' household feels very complete.
