Worried about announcement

My partner and I have just found out we are expecting and this pregnancy, although unexpected, is really wanted.
I'm almost 8 weeks and my parents are visiting soon so thought I'd tell them then. I've been retraining for a new career and I'll be 5 months pregnant by the time I qualify. My parents have supported me financially to retrain saying that I can pay them back when I get settled in to my new career but this will probably be delayed as the mat pay is better in my current job. They've also supported me with a few relationship issues in the past, the most recent one was 2 months ago so they also know I have relationship problems. I've also been getting over long covid where both my physical and mental health was affected. I'm really worried about telling my parents as they've supported me through all of my problems and I'm worried it will be disappointing news for them which is honestly something that I would find so upsetting - knowing I've disappointed them.
I've always dreamed about how my announcment would be but because of the timing I'm almost sure the news won't be as welcomed as I'd hoped.

Maybe just don't tell them yet. I didn't tell anyone until 6 months.

Maybe wait a few weeks/months to tell them. Especially if them being disappointed will be a big blow to you emotionally, you might find it easier cope with once you've had more time to prepare.
