Well Abbie arrived at 3.22am on 20th July (due date 4th August)weighing 6lbs 3ozs.

Waters broke at 6.30 Monday night hos[ital sent me home but it was too painful pains coming every 3-4 mins. I still didn't believe they were contractions. Went back to hospital at 11.30pm got examined was 1-2cms, I was in agony but I think they thought I was a drama queen it being my first time. It was so painful though was not getting a break from the pain. At 2.30am I was screaming I needed to push midwife came in said don't be silly but examined me and I was 9cms! Was screaming for an epidural told no time and then I pushed her out. She had her hands at her face so I tore quite bad.

But now I know what you lot have been telling me the best feeling ever, I am so happy.

Congratulations sweetkitty,that's my birthday the 20th of july!
Yes it is the best feeling in the world and it just gets better and better,i'm still a very happymummy and my ds is now 3months old.

congratulations to you and well done...it is the most fantastic feeling gazing at your adorable baby knowing she is yours...my ds 5 months sometimes look at him and it brings tears to my eyes he is such a joy.
