Eidsvold's brood is complete.

after elective c-section on Fri 23/3

Kate Elizabeth has joined the eidsvold family.

8lb 4oz.

C-section went really well - home after 2 1/2 days in hospital - glad to be home.

Adored by two older dds - especially dd2 who I think will be my constant shadow forever now. She can't get enough of the babe - touching her, kissing her, cuddling her.

Dd1 is a little more standoffish - she says she is loud.

Kate feeding well and doing fab.

BTW, send dd1 round to mine for half an hour with my ds3, she'll think your dd3 is a quiet little mouse after that!!

managed to get a good chunk of rest today. Dd1 at kindy and dh took dd2 to the park and out for morning tea. So feeling pretty good. Pain is subsiding well and wound is still looking fab. Just boobs sore with milk coming in and trying to get dd3 to latch properly and feed properly.

Otherwise - doing really well.

She is rather cute - looks just like her two sisters did.
