just received this text:

"It's a girl. Esja born at noon and she is gorgeous. Drs will give her check up and scans later. All well so far."

I just had a text from arabica, esja is in special care and it's hard for her to stay in touch, so I'll ring her after 8 tonight for an update and post tomorrow, bundle x

Heard the news from a text from bundle sent to Hoxtonchick and read on the beach in Devon with Mumsnet offspring running riot all over!
So very happy to hear of Esja's birth Arabica, what a beautiful name.
Hope bundle can give us an update as to how she is doing now. Thinking of you all and warmest congratulations XXX with a special hug for that lovely big brother of hers too.
