Sorry, couldn't resist it.

After I posted here on Monday, I went to my local birth centre. There was blood in the show, so they sent me to the consultant hospital, who couldn't work out whether or not my waters had gone.

By the time they had finished farting about, and I found out my waters had not broken, I was in early labour and too scared to make the 20 mile trip bakce to the birth centre.

Labour was established at 11pm, at 1am the midwife told me I was only 4cm, and I started screaming for an epidural, which I never got and I am glad now. At about 2am, I went nuts on the G&A and can barely remember a thing.

Daniel Edward was born at 3.30am on 18th April, and weighed in at 8lb 4 oz, 3 oz lighter than his brother for no reason whatsoever.

He is, however, a Beautiful Baby.
