Grommit has a puppy

Grommit had her puppy this morning - a baby boy who has been named Daniel Frederick. He was born at 9:45 am by c-section as planned and he weighed in at 7lbs 2oz. Her dh says both mother & baby are fine.

I will be visiting on Saturday so will let you have an update then. But i'll be leaving all the gory details to Grommit !

Thanks everyone for your messages! The birth went very well and we are both recovering quickly. I had a c-sec booked for Thursday 27th - arrived at hospital at 8:15am and Daniel was born at 9:40 so it was all over very quickly. Got out of hospital yesterday and feel fine apart from obvious sore wound! Daniel is eating and sleeping really well - long may it continue!
