Congratulations Papillon. What a story!
I love that your DH studied the whole thing and now knows you 'inside out'.

Enjoy those lavender baths and soak up the bliss that is your babymoon.

I hope to stop by the yurt soon. x

Papillon?? is that the babies name? what kinda name is that

laurenholly · 10/12/2005 22:35

i mean is the baby called Tigermoth ?
what a name poor baby

PAPSisShamanSantaSwissMiss · 11/12/2005 17:25

So wonderful to read your post, are there courses availabe so that I can learn to be as unimaginative and rude as you Laurenholly? Or was that your two daughters posting?

Papillon is my online name and Tigermoth is his online name... privacy being a common right on the worldwideweb.

Thanks all for your messages Apart from sleep deprivation all is well in the Paps household

Tamba · 11/12/2005 17:35

Paps, i love the piccies you sent! What a beautiful babba! And the co-feeding one was really sweet too

Hope you are managing to rest and enjoying your new arrival. Im going to make myself broody looking at these baby piccies!

(FWIW i dont like the names Lauren or Holly but would never be so rude as to say

COPPERfeelunderSantasTOP · 11/12/2005 17:41

Sorry but I'm PMSL at the thought that someone might think that the baby's name was Tigermoth IRL!!! BTW of course my real name is coppertop. Surprisingly I was the only one in my school with that name.

tigermoth · 11/12/2005 18:25

So there's a new generation of tigermoth. The Name Will Live On. I sort of feel like I have had a virtual birth.
Congrats papillon....

PAPSisShamanSantaSwissMiss · 11/12/2005 18:32

Thanks girls

Copper my other side was LOL too at the sheer absurdity of the post !

Tigermoth glad you are okay about my boy being Tigermoth junior.. often think of you when I write his name this way here on MN and okay about the virtual birth!!

The butterfly gave birth to a moth

laurenholly · 14/12/2005 22:44

how was i being rude i was only asking

i dont care if you dont like the names lauren and holly alot of people must do as there very common names
would love to see what your kids are called??

hahahaha you all so funny

i was only asking sorry i spoke

Papillon · 15/12/2005 07:35

Lauren, you did not just "ask" you passed judgement "what a name poor baby" and that provoked both humour and irritation from not just me, so the ´poor me´, ´sorry I spoke´ response does not work. You are feeling sorry for yourself alone and that is pretty selfish.

I personally think the names Lauren and Holly are very pretty names. I choose not to share my childrens names except with Mumnetters I have become close to and consider to be my friends. Nothing personally directed at you, but privacy on the internet is like a lock on your home a form of protection and creativity I might add. btw Papillon meands butterfly in French.

Perhaps next time you will learn to think abit more before you post off the cuff comments and will also think to read the content of a thread and not just read between the lines. Because this is a birth announcement thread celebrating a new life, so your posts stick out like putting your foot in your mouth.

wow you make me feel old!!!!
