Re: your DH, I am going to CAT you the name and details of my physiotherapist (in London) as I had a slipped disc and he identified that my problem was movement based and showed me how I should be moving. One of the girls in my office had back pain for years (ski-ing accident, car crash) and had phsio on NHS, epidural (didn't work) and was booked for a back op. I told her to go and see him and he has really made a difference and told her that she shouldn't have had the epidural in the first place. Will dig out details and do this tomorrow.
