Trees and ashes

Does anyone know of sites preferably in or near London or south-east England, or East Anglia, where you can put someone's ashes, plant a tree on top and have a memorial plaque? I don't mean your own garden! My (darling, beloved, adorable) mother died a few weeks ago and my brother and I have decided this is what we'd like to do, but the only sites I can find online are in northern England, Lakes, south-west - would be better to be somewhere we could get to more easily.
Many thanks in advance for any info, and commiserations to all who are coping with bereavements.

thank you very much DadinsteadofMum, I see there's one in Norwich which might be fine. Very grateful for your help.

Ther is one in Suffolk, very close to the A12, near Snape/Saxmundham/Aldeburgh

Sorry about the loss of your mother. My Mum is buried here in Suffolk, near bury st edmunds, just off the A14. Its a really peaceful bit of woodland and for each internment a tree is planted.

this is a useful sight.

Thank you hackneyzoo and anon. Bury St Edmunds would be much nearer for me but not great for my brother, and towards Suffolk coast is rather out of the way for both of us; I think we will very likely use a site near Norwich which Dadinstead's link found for me. I am very grateful for your replies.

Sorry for your loss.

The other posters have pointed you in the right direction,.

My BIL is buried in a green burial ground in the north west and we have found it a wonderfully peaceful place.

May it bring you some peace whereever you decide

xx

Our local park has got some memorial trees for small children, which are very movingly spindly (like the little ones they are standing for). It's a very sad thing to see but, thinking about it, an inspiring idea, as the trees will get bigger and stronger . Try your Council's website?
