Would you be annoyed if ..

Thoughts .. what would you do if significant other tells you about how the death of his family member many years ago (not immediate) was worse than his own baby passing recently .🤔

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I mean this kindly, but grief affects people so differently. And there isn't anything wrong with him feeling this way, he is probably just trying to process his grief. Whilst it's a bit thoughtless of him to say it out loud to you, he is probably trying to make sense of it. I think for men in particular it can be hard to talk about emotions.

It doesn't mean he is not grieving now for your baby. I'd let this one go if you can, and if you must wait until the future to pick it up. Hold on to each other.
