Can Anyone Recommend A Chat Site for Parents Who Have Lost A Child to Meningitis?

Sadly my friend lost her first born a couple of years ago to Meningitis. She has since had another healthy child but understandably still has very dark days. Although she has counselling etc, I think it would help if she could just log on and chat to other people when she is feeling down who have gone through the same experience as her. If anyone can recommend any sites it would be much appreciated.

Depending on how old her firstborn was, \link{http://www.uk-sands.org\SANDS} might be able to help (although they primarily support people whose newborn and young babies have died).
If not, \link{http://www.tcf.org.uk\Compassionate Friends} and the \link{http://www.meningitis.org.uk\Meningitis Resrach Trust} might also provide support.
Amyjade who posts on here sometimes might also have some ideas.
I am so sorry her baby died Fimbo. This disease remains a scourge. :(

I lost my Dd last april to meningitis i use the compassionate friends chatroom on a regular bases. The address is www.tcf.org.uk.

Other sites are
www.childbereavement.org.uk
www.meningitis.org (they have a helpline and befriendment service)

Hope your friend can find some support as i know how devestating the loss of your first born is:(

Thank you both. Amyjade I will recommend that site to her. I was chatting to her yesterday on MSN and she said she was in floods of tears - I just feel so helpless.
