I'm taking 3 year old DS to a feeding clinic, has anyone else been and how did you find it? It's £195 (ouch) so hoping they can help me as I don't know where to turn next. DS has eaten nothing but bread and yoghurts for the last 2 years...

citybranch - Have you seen Jo Frost's recent serious called Extreme Parenting something? In one of the episodes, she dealt with a boy (he was about 6 I think) who had eaten nothing but bread and butter since he was about 2. Might be worth watching to see if there is anything you can take away from it? I hope the feeding clinic helps.

Ooh, thanks angel I'm going to watch it too.

citybranch my dd doesn't seem as bad as your ds, but is 4yrs and the fussiest eater I know, she went through a faze between 2.5 and 3.5 yrs of only eating pasta twirls with pesto, dry bread and smoothies.

She does now eat most other bread type things, macdonalds cheese burgers (think I'm the only mother who actually cheers when her child eats such rubbish!), cheese and tomato pizza, peas, apples and bananas, so definitely an improvement.

The past few months we've even turned a corner in that she seems to actively want to try new things, normally she only manages a tiny lick before gagging and rushing for her drink, but at least she's showing willing.

Sorry I'm no help with your op, but thought this might give you hope that things can improve, (at least I'm hoping they are!). I know how worrying, frustrating and irritating it can be.
