'bright' 3 year old...speech issues

He's a bright little button, 3 1/2, but seems to insist on dropping his h's...even when corrected. I also notice he says 'Woss' for Ross and 'Wocks' for Rocks, and 'Dat' for That...but otherwise doesn't have any pronunciation issues...
When I say corrected I mean that I say the correct way of pronouncing it rather than actively correcting IFYSWIM...He speaks quite nicely and coherently otherwise, and actually has a fairly large vocabulary for his age. He has no physical issues, ie tongue tie etc. so any suggestions/ideas?

I'm no expert but to me that sounds fine for his age.
I read something somewhere about the ages that they drop some of these pronunciations at and I believe it was as old as 5 or 6.

My DD is also 3.5 and she sometimes misses out the first syllable of a word and finds "f" and "h" hard, for example, but like yours, she has a very big vocabulary and the HV said it was just immaturity.
If she says a word incorrectly, then to repeat it but not to obviously correct her as this can put them off.
Don#t worry.

sounds normal for age.

sounds just like my 3.5yr old, I've been told by pre-school not to worry, only worry if other people have difficultly understanding him and you are 'translating' all the time
