Hi mummy2t, my nearly 15mth old has also stopped eating as much as he used to. He wakes bewteen 7 and 8, has about 2-3 ozs of cows milk, for breakfast he used to have a whole weetabix or bowl of ready break made with cows milk but now only wants about 1/2 as much.
If we are at home he is ready for a nap by 9.30 and would sleep for a good two hours if I leave him. He has his main meal at lunchtime which is usually meat/fish and veg or a pasta dish with mince. He always has a pudding of yogurt/fruit/rice pudding etc.
Most days he is ready for a nap again by about 1.30/2 and I have to wake him at 3 to do the school run. Tea time changes from day to day depending on the after school activities of the other DCs but he has tea at about 5 but doesn't eat well at this meal - maybe a bit of sandwich, baked beans or soup.
He has about 4ozs of milk before bed which is between 7 and 7.30
In between meals if anyone else is eating he will always want some and will have a biscuit during the day as a snack.
I would like to him to have a more regular routine but I also have 3 school age DCs so it isn't always possible.
I'd say just keep plugging away with your routine and hopefully it will come back. My older DCs are close in age and I found that a routine was needed when they were younger.
Good luck with the new baby.

My 15mo ds does the following but remember they're all very different!
7a- wakes, bowl of cereal, toast and fruit with water to drink
9am- nap
12- lunch of sandwiches and fruits
2pm- nap
5pm- dinner of whatever we're eating with yogurt/fruit
He then goes to bed at 7 after a small cup of milk. He also snacks a bit on raisins, breadsticks etc but isn't keen on drinking milk so we stick to water and give him plenty of cheese, yogurts etc.
Also, my ds has a huge appetite and has always been a big eater. If you and your dc are happy then you probably ar doing everything right!

My 15mo has the following:

6.30/7 shreddies or oatibix with fruit, cup of milk (of which he drinks very little)

9-9.30 nap (not every single day though)

mid-morning snack - usually a banana. Small drink of water

lunchtime (12ish) - something on toast (peanut butter, pate, sardines) or cheese or chicken sandwich. Yoghurt to follow.

12.30-2.30 nap

mid-afternoon (3ish) - snack such as breadstick (rarely interested)

dinner 5pm (will not wait much later than this before meltdown kicks in) - main meal eg. pasta and veg, chicken pie, curry and rice, etc. Fruit and sometimes cake or pudding to follow. Has small cup of milk.

Mine eats huge portions, but I seem to recall that ds1 - a terrible eater - gave up on food at about this sort of age.

My 15mth old does the following:

8am 5ozs ff

breakfast which is a sliced banana followed by malties in bowl with FF which she uses fingers to eat with. Fruitapura pot.

lunch (midday ish) - toast, fruit, sometimes boiled egg.

3pm ish - 5 ozs FF

4pm ish - tea - fish or meat with veg. Sometimes pasta & meatballs or fishfingers etc.

6pm - 5ozs FF before bed.

snackwise she has bread sticks or rice cakes.

She is intolerant to dairy/soya so does not eat yogurts, cheese etc.

TBH when she got to 11 mthas she would not let me feed her at all

The only thing she will tolerate on the spoon is the fruitpot in the morning.

Naps are very hit and miss and sometimes she won't have one at all but she does go to bed at 6pm....

Hiya

My 15 month old is pretty similar with some things - he's started waking early (between about 4 and 6) and though I usually get him back down again, it takes an hour sometimes. He has a large breakfast after a breastfeed, but then his meals are less and less enthusiastically received! It's really getting to me, especially since DH gives him his breakfast and I do the other meals. He usually takes a nap in the morning from about 10 or 11, depending on what we've been doing, and maybe another at about 5, but this is really changing at the moment too.

I wonder if the early waking might be because of the early sunrise? It might not be anything to do with food intake.
