A strategy for fussy eaters that has really worked for us

This has been a huge issue for our family, and I have just posted on the food topic about a straegy that we tried and has transformed our lives.

Macherie, you are so right. We did about the same thing and i must admit our DD was for a couple of weeks on a banana diet due to her stubborn characther but after a while we had no more problems with her eating almost anything. I must admit that i went even further, maybe a bit too far, but frankly speaking it's so damn frustrating when one has to cook and cook and cook again and all that food ends up into the bin. so in addition to your strategy we also re-heated her lunch for dinner, if DD would not touch it at all and just play fussy. It worked like a charm. We couldn't eat our normal dinner though, because i didn't want to make her feel like she is treated differently, so it was a bit of a hunger strike for us, until she fell asleap, so we could eat smth ourselves. But it was worth it.
