Just thought I'd share

I've written before about my 11 yo DD who suffers from axiety.

Lately she's obsessed with illness and death, to the point where she is needing constant reassuring.

I've used Flower Remedies before but she's so bad at the moment I was a bit lost.

This website has a remedy chooser on it, you tick the boxes that affect your child (or you) and they send you a spray with the appropriate blends in it.

DD has been using hers for a couple of days and already we have noticed a difference.

HTH.

Thanks for the tip - I think I might take a look at that.

DD(9) is one of lifes worriers. She gets anxious, worried and moody over all sorts and it manifests itself with tummy aches etc.

I told DD to spray on her tongue when she wakes up, when she's in from school and at bedtime. She can use it anytime in between, but so far hasn't felt the need. There was 5 or 6 different remedies in the bottle.

That looks very interesting. Ds1 (8) is a bit of a worrier and very hard on himself when tings go wrong. Would love to find a gentle way to ease his mind sometimes.
