tips for baby with reflux needed

Hi, my dd is 7+ weeks old. She has reflux ( i figured it out by hearing liquid burbling in her throat and then asking gp what that could possible be) she feeds well, only possets sometimes, only vomited a few times between week 5 and 7. I gave up dairy a week ago and it seems to have made a big difference. No vomiting for the past week and no crying in pain. she gains between 9-15 oz. per week so no problems there.
I've been holding her upright for 30-45 min after each feed. Which is not fun at 3 am. I also try to feed her every 2-2.5 hours during the day because it seems easier for her to digest small amounts. (she's exclusively breastfed with approx one bottle of expressed milk a day)

so my questions:

  1. do others keep their baby upright at night for 30 min?
  2. have you elevated crib/cot and how much?
  3. should i not bother to try to train her to sleep for longer periods until three months when she (iHOPE) grows out of it?
other people load their baby up with a big bottle at night but i worry that would be too much for her to digest. i only give her a 3oz bottle at a time. who knows what she gets from my breasts. i express about 3 oz in 10 min from one (slow breast) and 5 oz (fast breast) from the other.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

p.s. hated gaviscon. made her very jumpy so we stopped it after three days.

Did want you to go unanswered..my ds didnt have reflux but did have colic...the Amby nature nest worked for us.
The mums I know whos babies suffered reflux did raise the crib head by a book height(encyclopedia size) and fed their babies in a more upright position...I dont know about keeping them upright afterwards ..but I do know they all used the gaviscon without ill effect
I hope someone more knowledgeable comes along to help you soon
