My 6 yr old daughter is bed-wetting any advice?

My little girl is wetting the bed every other night. She has been dry at night since she was 3 but has been prone to accidents over the years. Recently she is doing it frequently almost every other night. Any advice?

Do you think anything could be making her anxious or unhappy - like bullying at school?

She did have some problems during the summer hols when we all caught bloody threadworms. This totally freaked her out. To the point she became ocd with handwashing. Her anxiety was so bad when she went back to school this Sept we worked closely with the school to boost her confidence. She also saw the school nurse.
She wasn't bed wetting during all that and she has come on leaps and bounds since then.

She's really happy at school at the mo so maybe I should ring the doctor? Could it be medical?

Definately worth checking she doesn't have a UTI so I would take a urine sample to the Doctor just in case.

Constipation can cause this too. Build up inside bowels puts pressure on the bladder at night. So if she does start having bowel accidents of any sort it is not her fault and she will need some help to sort it out. (Constipation can be linked to having had the worms.) Just a thought.
