Advice on organising mealtimes now my baby needs an early bedtime

Up until now I've been doing an evening meal at about 6pm for me, dh and 13mo dd - I've even got the mn meal planner and everything (very proud of myself as I'm not domesticated really!)

But over the past week dd has dropped a nap during the day, meaning she's down to one long nap around lunchtime (2-2.5 hours) but this means she's shattered by teatime, plus she's eating like a horse during the afternoon, and could really do with having tea at about 5pm. That's too early for dh and I to eat (we're already raiding the cupboards after she goes to sleep!) so not sure what to do. If we eat after she goes to sleep (7:30ish) then what do I give her for tea? It'll only be for a few weeks I hope until her bedtime gets a bit later again. What do others do?

I'd fed her something on her own.. a piece of meat, some veg and mash maybe, a bowl of pasta with some chopped tomato's and ham as a sauce? you can buy posh looking ready meals for kids, i sometimes feed my 2DC's on them when DH is working late. Make a shepherds pie for you and DH and put her a portion in a tupperware pot for the next evening tea, same with anything else she can eat...

dd is 15m and eats at 5.30 - she gets leftovers from mine and dh's previous dinner or if they're unsuitable or we have scoffed it all then I do her scrambled egg, pasta, omlette, quick veg/cheese bake, jacket spud etc

then DH cooks wile I do bath and bed and we eat at 8ish when she's asleep.

Make up a huge batch of tomato sauce and bolognese sauce and freeze it in DD sized portions. Serve with pasta - you can reheat the sauce from frozen while cooking the pasta. Takes 10 mins max.

My DS is nearly 13 months and has two naps (about an hour each).
I cook for DS (but is often leftovers of what we've had night before) at about 5. DH and I eat after DS in bed, about half 7 or 8.

my lo's (2 and 5) also eat around 5 - I make something for them and then after dh gets home and the kids are in bed dh cooks dinner for us. We only eat altogether as a family at weekends or when dh is on holiday from work.

Thanks for suggestions. We sometimes have leftovers for lunch so think I'll start using those for her tea. Also like the idea of a big batch of pasta sauce.
