they are great ! and you can get little matzoh crackers too

lovely spread with some tomato puree, sprinkle with grated cheese and micro for 20 seconds or so.. instant pizza!

Pheebe · 09/07/2008 19:21

great idea lulumama, thanks

EffiePerine · 09/07/2008 19:25

hadn't thought of pizza - the small ones or the big ones? Could you do them in the oven as well?

OP posts:
lulumama · 09/07/2008 20:47

i do them on the big crackers.. have never done them in the oven, i don;t know how they'd stand up to the heat being so thin and dry anyway..

hoxtonchick · 09/07/2008 20:48

i love matzos. dc reasonably keen on them, though it might be the thick layer of butter....

Sugarmagnolia · 10/07/2008 13:22

My two love matzoh but I absolutley can not stand the mess they make so they only get them once a year in our house! But when they stay over their Nanas they ask for coco pops and matzoh for breakfast as a treat!

RubySlippers · 10/07/2008 13:25

oh yes - instant pizza!

you can "crunch" up matzos which have dried out by sprinkling with water and putting them in the oven for a minute or two, so you can try it

oilandwater · 10/07/2008 13:30

if you like matzoh try matzoh bri -- break matzoh into small pieces, soak in water to soften, and then add to beaten eggs and cook like scrambled eggs or an omlette. Sprinkle with some sugar and serve. Delish.
