4 month old seems to get tired very quickly

My little one has just turned 4 months old, but I think it’s been a good few weeks of him seeming more tired than I remember his brother being at the same age.
He has got a bit of a cough (doctor has checked his chest and it’s fine), and generally seems to be okay. We’ve had a couple of days of weird feeding, like going for longer stretches between feeds for example. But he doesn’t seem ‘unwell’, doesn’t have a temperature.
But, his wake windows seem to be very short. For example, he did an 1.5 hour nap, woke up at 2:25pm. By 3:10 his eyes were red and he yawned and if I tried to get him to nap he definitely would. It doesn’t seem to matter whether his nap is 30 mins or 90 mins, he just appears tired sooner than I would expect at 4 months. It’s tricky to get time to feed, change his nappy, play/ do tummy time before he’s getting grumpy from being tired again.
I know all babies have different sleep needs so it’s tricky to know what is totally normal for each baby. From what I’ve read online they should be able to be awake for 1.5 - 2.5 hours. Mine is tired after less than an hour most of the time.
Just wondered if anyone else had a baby with short wake windows at this age? Or at what point does it become a bit concerning? Maybe I’m overthinking it! I just remember being able to do so much more with my eldest at this age as he could easily be awake for longer than an hour.

If he’s feeding less, is he getting enough milk @Row23?

I’m really not sure - sometimes he’ll feed on both side for total of 15 minutes, sometimes he’ll feed for 7 on one side and refuse to latch on the other. There’s no pattern to it. I offer him feeds when he’s awake so he has plenty of chance to eat if he needs it. He’s also in the high 90th percentiles for weight and length so I assume he’s been getting enough to stay on the high percentiles.
I just don’t know if it’s worth going to the doctor and saying my baby likes to sleep. I think they’d just tell me I’m lucky!
