Teacher feedback from preschool

My little one is 3 and half and going to creche since 13 months old.
He transitioned fully to new room in September with his new teacher; took him some time to adjust because he was very attached to his former teacher.
At the beginning he didn't want to go, but over a week or two he accepted his teacher and was happy enough at the end, without acting out or crying. Even pushing me out of the room saying bye.

He is very energetic child, sometimes hiperactive and could be difficult to manage at times but it never got to the point where teachers addressed concerning issues about his behaviour.
There would be comments about he's been hyperactive or full of energy but that's it.
Didn't gave me any indicator that we should look into his behaviour or interactions with other children until today.

I was totally blindsided with teacher telling me out of nowhere how he can't sit still or concentrate for longer period of time, he interrupts other children in their play and snatches their toys, he does not play on his own but observes others and joins in and interrupts their sole play, also stares at tablet with his eyes wide open fully concentrated up close while other children are sitting and watching "educational videos".
He doesn't put his jacket on or pours water into his cup like other children do and waits for teachers to do all the things for him.
At home he is independent, puts his clothes on, shoes on, cleans up his toys even vacuums up mess he makes.
Also plays independently or with us.

He would throw tantrums and is hyperactive or full of energy but we redirect him to different tasks so he shifts his energy elsewhere.

The most concerning part for me was when she told me that other children are annoyed with his behaviour and they don't want to play with him at times. As she said children are getting older and meaner and they don't want him not to have friends.

I'm not sure if she was trying to tell me he needs to be assessed without saying it or she is annoyed with him because he is a lot to handle at times and does not listen to their instructions like other children do.
He was being single outed and compared to 15 other children, with him being the worse.

Even worse the 30 minute conversation took place in the room in front of him and 2 other kids, with him listening all the negative behaviour he has, and ended up in tears.

Lately we noticed he does not want to play with his friends as he did before and is getting more shy in front of other people that usual.
It looks like he gets blamed for everything in there and gets corrected constantly (even asked me in the park if the girl on the swing went somewhere else because of him)

Not sure where to go from here or what kind of advice I'm looking for.
I'm more then happy to dig deeper into his behavioral issues but I'm also questioning if the teacher is constantly annoyed with him because he's a lot of work and wants him to be obidient all the time.
