FTM worried about 9mo reduced formula and solids and extra tired

Apologies if I’m being an anxious FTM but need some advice for my 9mo.

Three days ago he woke every 25 mins through the night - turns out he had a mild fever and this lasted for two days, we medicated with paracetamol and the last two nights he’s slept a bit restless but much better, very few wake ups (1 or 2)? He no longer has a fever.

however he’s now not taking much food or formula - usually has 24 ounces a day and now he’s having about 6. He’s not interested in any solids at all despite eating like an animal before (2-3 meals a day). He will just about eat a few spoonfuls of yoghurt and a few blueberries. Today was the worse day for intake despite there being no fever.

he is however drinking lots of water and seems to enjoy this. Therefore producing good wet nappies.

he is alert but seems miserable when awake and can’t stay awake as long as he used to so we’ve moved naps and bedtime much earlier to accommodate this but he’s still struggling and rubbing his eyes and moaning a lot. :(

no red cheeks no drooling and no other symptoms whatsoever just these.

should I be worried?

Hello! Still a very reduced, selective appetite but eating a bit more than he was when I wrote this post. But he is still so tired and just constantly upset when he is awake- not super distressed or anything but you can tell he’s exhausted. He’s the happiest when he goes to sleep to be honest.

Sorry he’s still not well. Does he improve at all after pain relief?
