Not babbling 9.5 months

How can i help DD babble? She makes alot of squeaks, ooooo, and other noises but no babbling at all. I read to her, talk to her all the time, try repeating sounds shes making etc. i just don’t know how else to help her? She’s 9.5 months old and i’m so worried she’s behind now.

It’s really good that you have no other concerns. She does need some support for her lack of speech though.

Perhaps you could do this simple progress checker? They would send you some links to resources and you can usually book an appointment with one of their SaLTs. This is free although they are a charity so you might wabt to make a donation if you can.
