Normal toddler behaviour or potential sensory issues

I sometimes wonder if my toddler is autistic, he is too young to be tested but does show some traits.

This is a new one... he is very particular with clothing and he HATES long sleeves! He throws the biggest tantrums and getting out the door is proving difficult. This new hoodie is baggy so it isn't tight at all for him.
Is this normal toddler behaviour? He is also the same with wellies and will only wear the same pair of trainers.

He's definitely got sensory needs, if these are his only difficulties then he's not autistic.

@Nelly44 he shows some other traits such as delayed speech, likes routine, obsessions, fussy eater, rocks back and forth when standing, hates certain clothing... but I know these can also be normal toddler behaviour, the thing is he still makes eye contact, he is very loving and shows a lot of emotions, makes his toys cuddle and pretends they are mummy and daddy or mummy and baby, very smiley which are things autistic children struggle with so I am really not sure.
But the clothing thing is a new one, he hates things touching his arms and back of his neck it seems and he only wears the same pair of trainers which is becoming an issue is he will outgrow them soon! 😩

Ah bless him, he does have some other traits doesn't he.

The pretend play he is doing isn't imaginative as he's just repeating what he has seen.

See how he develops in the next couple of years.
