DS 15 months. A stereotypical little boy, loves to play rough, climb, pull and poke, etc. DH and me always covered in scratches and bruises (the other week he shoved his finger up DH's nose so hard DH's nose squirted blood all over the duvet cover! Niiicce.) He's not being aggressive or naughty but he does need to learn to be a bit more gentle! So far my tactic is to keep repeating "gently!" at him, sometimes while either stroking/patting him gently with my hand to show him what I mean or taking his hand and stoking/patting gently against me/someone else. But this message is not getting through at all! Any other ideas?
