19m old concerns

I posted before she’s now 19m since the 6th I’ve still got concerns I have spoke to health visitor she said if still concerns at 2 she would look into it more.

She can point , wave , clap she does actions to songs she can say 50 - 100 words and animal noise starting to use some phrases like where r you , love you , there it is and when you say 1 she says 2 when you say ready steady she says Go ask her the color of stuff and everything is blue lol , she points to ask what she wants and point to show something interesting like if we’re out and she sees a train she will point and say hi choo choo she started to sign more can get something from another room when asked pretend play feed us imaginary food and put her hand to ear say hello as pretend phone hugs her dolls and shh shh pretending they’re asleep uses a stethoscope and says doctor and want to check you responds to her name fine and starting to say her own name when in mirror tells me when she’s poo poo in her nappy starting to sit on toilet and flushes toilet.

Before I state my concerns I want to say I know nothing at all about autism just have concerns since she’s been about 12 months but also doubting myself so I could be completely wrong in thinking I have the right to be concerned

My concerns are
She has almost completely dropped all naps maybe 2 times a week she’ll have a nap throughout the day and still waking 3/4 time a night.

Hand flaps when upset , stomping legs like running on spot when excited and back and forth but not all day every day so the HV that wasn’t concerning to her.

Starting to have really bad tantrums when been told no like crying for a lot longer but her dad and my sister who looks after her when needed say she doesn’t act up for them so it’s just me

Hand leading I’m still unsure like if she wants to go to bed she will say night night and bed and get me or her dad by the hand lead us to bedroom or if she wants something to eat she will cmon mama and bring me to draw she will open and get her own snack but brings me with her again with spinning stuff I’ve seen her turn her dolls pram over and spin wheels but will do it for a couple of mins and not no more.

She doesn’t see a lot of other kids but with her cousins she plays along side them fine once she’s warmed up.

Lining up stuff she doesn’t line up perfect symmetry but in bathroom she will take all bottles and put on floor not in order but all on floor and put them back on the cabinet

She is utterly obsessed with toothbrushes and balls like if she sees the tooth brush she will cry saying teeth until she get it and will brush her teeth and her toys teeth and throw a tantrum when I take it off her.

What is your guys opinion she scored 1 on MChat and passed the 18 month ASQ

She sounds just like any other toddler to me.

Hand flapping can be normal at that age and lining things up could be the beginning of the positioning schema.

With the tantrums, I think that's fairly common that they tantrum more for you as their Mum. You are usually the one that they feel most comfortable with.

If you think the tantrums are extreme, have you also filled in the 18 month Social & Emotional Ages & Stages? Wink

Thanks for your reply we had our health visitor out last month for an 18m review she done the 18m ASQ and said she scored fine and no concerns her side.

Did she do the Social & Emotional ASQ? They don't normally do that one?

It might be worth looking at my link int previous post and seeing how she scores in that one.

Like I said though she sounds like a fairly normal toddler Wink

I’m not sure of the name but the one you linked was the exact same questions as the HV asked
