Baby has one ear bigger than other

Hi all,
I have noticed since my son was born (now 13 weeks), that one of his ears just “didn’t look right”. A couple of weeks in, I noticed the “odd ear” was actually bigger than the other ear. The earlobe is bigger with a sort of crease in it, and the edge is not smooth, it has a slight “bum cheek” look to it along the edge. After weeks of staring at this particular ear, I realised the inner bit of the ear looked enlarged, or as I’ve now realises via Google, inverted maybe? I’m no expert and I’m not suggesting Google is right, but from my findings I think he could have an inverted Conchal bowl. Doesn’t really explain why the ear is bigger though, but I’ve seen my gp who wasn’t particularly helpful or reassuring, but has referred us to ENT, so that’s something I guess.
I will attach a pic, but wondered has anyone else little ones had the same or something similar?
note: pic with dummy is the “normal”, smaller ear.

DD2 has one ear nearly a full cm (right side) bigger than the other. I used to notice it when she was breastfeeding and I swapped sides.

She also was born missing her left hand, and her left foot is smaller, so is her left eye socket etc.
So I asked her specialist about this, wondering if they were connected. They replied:
In everyone they will have one foot bigger, one hand bigger, one ear bigger. In some people it isn't that noticeable, but for others it is. You're noticing more because of her hand, there isn't a problem at all, just she happens to have the smaller side is the left side for each one. In her case maybe her ears are more different than most people but there isn't a problem with that; it's just one of those things.

She's now 20yo and I don't notice her ears 😉

Hi OP my DD was exactly the same as a baby. I did worry but honestly: she 6 now and you would never notice. She still had the 'crease' but the ears have evened out. Obviously go to the ENT referral but please try not to worry x
