Flying with a 1 year old

We are flying to Greece next week (4 hours ish) with our 1 year old (20m). Looking for ideas to occupy her. We will allow her to watch something on the ipad but not the whole time (she'll only watch about 20 mins anyway).
What have people found have been really good for toddlers? She's 'an advanced' 20 month, in terms of she's into counting, can say hundreds of words etc. I think her mind is quite complex, she isn't content easily let's say.
I've got water pens and colour sheets, snacks, I'll buy some stickers and we've got books. Thankfully she does like books. She can just be VERY fussy, screams a lot and really doesn't like sitting on our lap. Zero chance of her sleeping, its a mid afternoon flight.
I'm just so worried she'll be really unsettled and noisy and disturb everyone.
Please be kind, this is our first time taking her abroad.

Snacks that are fiddly can hold their attention for a little while, like those little boxes of raisins.

Lots of snacks! It's amazing how much children can eat when travelling.

Sticker books, small jigsaws (I glued a sheet of felt to some cardboard to make a 'puzzle board' to stop pieces sliding around), sewing cards, busy book (look for one that suits her interests – I got one with lots of matching and different buckles, belts, ties, poppers to do/undo, for example). Pull out a couple of books you've not read much recently, or go to the library, as well as a couple of current favourites.

A few small plastic animals and small vehicles for a bit of a change of pace. I also brought some modelling putty last time that was a big hit (less messy than playdoh), but my youngest is slightly older.

We have more luck with regular colouring things than the water stuff – either the 'magic' pens that only work on the special paper, or colouring pencil doesn't get on clothes/is pretty easy to rub off hard surfaces. We also have a colouring app on our tablet that makes a change.

Not entertainment, but full change of clothes for her and for you. Just in case.
