MUM NEEDING SLEEP ADVICE

Hey everyone,
I have 2 kids, 5yo and 3yo, my oldest has always been an early riser but past few months its gotten earlier and she's getting up between 5am-530am every day
I wouldn't mind but I'm always exhausted, so is my 3 year old as she's never ready to wake up when the 5 year old wakes up the house
Its challenging as we live in a studio flat so as soon as she's up she can't help but wake us up.
They've always had a good bedtime routine, they eat dinner about 5pm, devices go off at 530-6pm then we go in to settle at 7
I've pushed bedtime back to 8pm a few times but doesn't make any difference with the time she wakes up

Any advice on how to help her sleep later???

So she goes to bed at 7pm and gets up at 5/5:30?

So she gets 10-10.5 hours sleep a night?

A 5 year old needs 10-13 hours sleep a night. Check it on google

It seems like she's getting enough sleep.

If you want to change the times you have to be a bit persistent I think. Like later bedtime but of course not just 1 or 2 nights.

I honestly think it's something you just have to ride out if you aren't willing to put her to bed later.

I live in Europe where bedtimes are hardly ever 7pm to sleep and a child getting up at 5 is unheard of. Only seems to be a problem in UK where it is normal to bed children to bed at 6.30/7pm

Okay I will try this and be consistent
Just a question as lots of advice online contradict

Would you go straight from 7pm to 8pm
Or would you do it gradually?

She's definitely getting enough sleep, she never wakes up cranky is always ready for the day straight away lol
