I have a 15 week old baby and I'm a First Time mum

Now my baby has been a really happy until this week where she has become really upset really quickly and gets really upset at night only?

Is there something I am missing? Is there anything I can do to help her I comfort her the best I can but I just feel horrible she gets sooo upset

Could be the start of teething maybe? Is she dribbling a lot or has red cheeks?
They go through a sleep regression around this age too and it can be really hard for them to get to sleep / stay asleep for very long, which then makes them more irritable.
If you think there’s something deeper going on that is causing her to be so upset then I’d suggest taking her to your GP for a check.

I remember mine had belly upsets and gas for a while around that age- maybe try the bicycle legs and see if you hear farts?

We have been trying everything for gassiness including gripe water

I tried to take her to the GP who said she's fine and it's just a developmental stage!

But I'm concerned that is her getting upset to the point her face is going bright red a developmental stage????

Sorry if it seems I'm being overly sensitive but I'm just nervous!

Does her irritability peak at certain times of day or even after a feed? Is there any kind of correlation you can see?
I do remember this stage being really hard and tricky.
If anything medical has been counted out (and remember you can always ask for a different doctor if you’re not convinced it isn’t something medical), then as long as baby is fed, has a clean nappy, and getting cuddles / attention then you’re meeting her needs. I’d you’ve met her needs then you know that you’ve done all you can to help her. Sometimes they can be very upset due to development / tiredness and it doesn’t seem to matter what you do to help them, nothing works.
It’s definitely a tricky phase.

In the evening between 7-10 is the worst!

No feeding is fine that's why I don't think it's gas or a milk allergy.

I do everything I can do to make sure she is happy, she's fed, she's clean. But there's nothing that seems to settle her until she passes out from being so upset. I walk around the house just hugging her and kissing her to try and comfort her. Doing all the little things that work as comfort normally but it just doesn't work! I'm soooo worried I'm doing something wrong

You're not doing anything wrong! 100% sure about that!
I also remember all of a sudden around that age mine had a hard time falling asleep- more for naptimes, but similar and that he cried a lot and seemed to just get crankier and crankier until finally falling asleep. In the end I just walked around with him in a baby carrier- he would not nap another way anymore for a few months. So all that to say- see if you can change whatever you're doing for falling asleep? Some white noise or so? Maybe blackout blinds?
