Paediatrics assessment for syndromes at 4 months old

I have had ongoing feeding refusal issues with my now 15 week old baby the doctor then mentioned she had some concerns, she had noticed a few things such as a flat head, not responding to loud sounds, not responding to name, baby doesnt seem interested in toys or reaching for things, unable to lift head up on tummy, doesn't make sounds and is generally super quiet. She is thinking the bottle/feeding issue could be sensory, so she has now referred us to a paediatric consultant for an assessment for some syndromes. (On which she did not elaborate bit im thinking she means autism). She said, "Try not to worry", but the more time goes on, the more I'm noticing how little my baby responds etc. Her hearing test at the newborn stage came back all clear. She has had a tough start in life and hasn't had much playtime until just recently. Has anyone had any experience of having these red flags and them developing at a later stage, or that the red flags were there and what your outcome was. I don't want to overthink at this very very early stage as I know nothing can be diagnosed yet I just wanted some feedback on people's real life experiences of these flags and how it turned out for them?
