4yo restricted eating

Hi all, looking for advice / people’s experiences about restricted eating and whether I should be concerned about it as an autism indicator. DC has just turned 4 and has been a fussy eater since about 18months (fine prior to this, tried a range of foods whilst weaning but has slowly become more and more restricted)
Their entire diet is now:
Cheerios / weetabix
Toast (buttered only)
Scrambled eggs
Baked beans
Mash / potato waffles / chips
Plain pasta with cheese
Sweetcorn
Sausage (very occasionally)
Fish finger (very occasionally)
Peas (very occasionally)
Small pieces of chicken / roast beef (sometimes)
Yorkshire pudding
Raisins
Whole milk

Refuses all fruit / other veg / rice etc

Unsurprisingly they are now on 2nd centile for weight and chronically constipated, we’re following the disimpaction route etc. GP has recommended a dietician referral but has also queried if we think DC could be autistic. I’ve always assumed they’re just strong willed / stubborn as normally food is visually assessed and then they just won’t eat it, it’s not a particularly emotional response just a flat “no”, no issues around particular brands of food etc.

Has anyone experienced this and it was an autistic trait? And has anyone successfully turned things around with the help of a dietician etc? Feels like such a mess at the moment!
