12mo often doesn't respond to his name - should I be worried? Autism worry

He sometimes does but often doesn't. His hearing seems fine - he turns his head to tiny noises like my mobile beeping in a bag. Is this worrying? It seems to be listed on websites as an early indicator of autism. He seems sociable and loves being cuddled

My DD is just 12 months.
she is a very smily baby, very sociable and babbles a lot!
But she almost never responds to her name when I call it.

Googling this keeps mentioning autism and I’m getting a little worried.
Anyone experienced in this?

My son his 3 year old my worry is when I call his name he looks at me but when others call his name he doesn't look at them so I have to worry about if he is autistic?
