Unsettled baby after bedtime bottle

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help. DD 25 weeks old, I have never had any problems with her in the past with wind/colic etc.. She has a big bottle at bedtime and goes straight into bed after I have winded her (hardly has any wind). She is then pretty unsettled a couple of hours later which results in her waking up nearly every 20minutes or an hour until she does a huge fart and poo at about midnight. It is as if she is uncomfortable until she has this poo. I had started given her some first tastes - babyrice/fruit etc.. a couple of weeks ago at lunchtime, I came off giving her them incase that was the problem but it didn't make any difference. She doesn't have big burps when I wind her anymore but I thought she had just grown of it because she is sitting up and a lot more active now? She is fine during the day with her wind, her poos vary between having 5 a day some days to none some other days. Wondered if anyone had experienced this or if anyone had any ideas what I could try. One thought I had was to try giving her her bedtime bottle before her bath so it has a bit of time to digest before I put her to bed?

It sounds pretty normal to be honest. It may be in a few weeks she resumes just daytime poos. You could try the milk earlier, but will she wake earlier in the morning, hungry?

Thanks poodlepusher, mmmm .. could do without her waking any earlier on a morning, I don't really want to give her her milk any earlier because it is so lovely having the sleepy bedtime cuddle and bottle. Reassuring to know that it is pretty normal, think we will just ride it out and see. She is not in pain because she doesn't cry out, more uncomfortable and wingey until the poo arrives!
