My DS is almost 2, less than 2 weeks away, and we've hit the fussy stage with eating. He has always been an amazing eater, always trying new food, lots of fruit and veggies, basically a dream. And it's all gone tits up!!
I suffer with anxiety (which I take medication for) and I am finding this extremely triggering. Worrying about if he's getting a balanced diet right now, should I be doing things differently. If he rejects a meal do I accept he's not hungry or make something else? It's such a minefield. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or advice on getting through this stage?
