When would you worry with this sort of delay?

12 month old - she can roll and has good head control, but can't sit up unaided, can't pull up to stand, can stand if hands are held but not if I let go, can't hold herself up on furniture if pulled up. She smiles, laughs sometimes and makes eye contacts but is very quiet, no babble or words/attempts at words. No shared attention yet either, doesn't show me things, point or follow my points, look at me for reactions. It is being monitored by health visitors but at what point would you start to worry? It's very much a wait and see sort of situation at the moment but she seems much younger than other babies her age

Has she had her 12 month check yet @WhenWouldYouWorry and did the GV use the Ages & Stages assessment tool?

I'd definitely have a look through the questionnaire @SiouxsieSiouxStiletto linked. Here's the scoring sheet for it: https://naturopathicpediatrics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/ASQ-3-scoring-sheet-12-months.pdf. If she scores 'in the grey' for a couple of things, that's pretty common, and I'd be happy to watch and wait. In the black, especially if it's multiple categories, I think I'd want a referral now, especially with wait times as they are.

If she's in the black for 12 months, you could also have a look at earlier questionnaires to get a sense of where she is. If she's in the black for earlier ages, that should help you push for a referral. Here's the 10 months questionnaire with scoring sheet: https://www.socfc.org/SOHS/Disabilities%20Mental%20Health/ASQ/ASQ%203%2010%20Months.pdf.

If the HVs won't take it seriously, I'd make an appointment with the GP and get baby's father to come as well (and do some of the talking), show that he is also concerned. It shouldn't make a difference, but sometimes it does.

That's exactly what we've had to do a couple of times and it's worked. It's so frustrating that Women's concerns often get dismissed but Men are listened to.
