when did you stop giving dc their milk in a bottle?

My ds loves his breakfast and night time milk in a bottle, he's 2 in feb.

When did you stop giving them their milk bottles?

the soft one is ok it took dd a while to get used to the harder spout but is fine wit it now

Over the summer, when my son was 2 yrs 5 mths. I was dreading it (he loved his bottle) but to be honest, it wasn't too bad. A few nights of him crying loads, and then a couple of weeks of him asking for it every now and then. And that was it. I know it's fashionable these days to get them drinking out of cups by their first birthday etc etc but I really don't understand what all the fuss is about. They aren't babies for long.

DS1 was about 2 but DS2 was 14 months because we discovered that no milk = no tummy ache/constipation/the runs

Dd had a bottle till she was around 18/19 months I think then we swapped her to a sippy cup thing
