give him a fruit shoot cod

BoysAreLikeDogs · 03/11/2007 16:00

Coddy mine is 7 coming 8, no sign of 'slowing down' yet.

Perhaps he's knackered going back to school ?

you've worn him out with all those extra football/rugby/tennis/badminton/hockey/lacrosse/dodgeball/baseball after school activities

pageturner · 03/11/2007 16:04

Interesting, mine's 9 next month and now quite as spaniel-needing-a-walk as he used to be. Growth spurt? Is he eating lots?

DS3 is nine but doesn't seem to have changed recently energy-wise. He's becoming more bolshy and defiant - difficult as he's always been a very sunny and biddable child. With 2 older brothers well versed in watch-me-behave-in-a-shitty-way, he's obviously been taking lessons.

DS2 is 9, nearly 10.
I think he is hibernating.
I used to have to drag him inside when it was dark.
Now he just want to play on Toon Town or Runescape.
We have had massive arguments over computer time.
He is currently sat listening to an audio CD in his bedroom.

I think he is the victim of an alien swap programme.

DS3 is 9, and has always been the least active of my three anyway, but this summer/autumn he's really discovered playing out.

Just wish DS2 (11) would lose a bit of oomph, not much, lol, just a tad.

My 10yo is morphing into a teenager. I told him to either EAT PROPERLY or leave the room today, he was toying with peas like a lovestruck teenage girl and slouching like a good un
