7 year old challenging behaviour

I've wrote on here before about my 7 year olds behaviour. She gets very hyper always has but she isn't calming down. It used to be she would get really hyper around ppl and I've had to actually physically pull her off ppl (when she was younger) but only ever when I was there. She never misbehaves at school. This behaviour is now more aggressive. She will still get hyper and when she's playing she plays rough and she hurts her sister but instead of stopping she laughs and just carries on. I tell her to stop and she ignores me. I take things away as punishment and then she starts shouting. I've never heard a 7 year old shout like that. It sounds really angry. She has just finished a tantrum just because i asked her brush her teeth. She started off by shouting no and then she started jumping around and laughing. It ended up with me saying I'd take something away from her and this started a further tantrum of doors slamming and shouting and as she walked passed her sister she hit her. All because i asked her to brush her teeth. I don't shout back at her I wait until she's finished and just calmly ask her to brush her teeth again. Is this a extreme or normal for her age? Also I do truly believe lockdown is having an effect as she was never like this before. Any ideas? We did sit down afterwards and talk about it and she said sorry. Is this a good sign?

Hello
I can feel that is a hard situation you are going through :
Maybe you need to fix rules before (what you expect from her) like playing gentle with her sister, brush her teeth everyday....
When she is not in the mood for it, welcome her feeling ; i understand that you do not want to (brush your teeth), that you are angry/Mad... and offer her alternative solutions ...doing it now or in 5 minutes, breath to calm down or punch a pillow...
If you show empathy for her feeling, she will have empathy for her sister. You may also tell her what you expect : i do not like when you hurt your sister and i expect you to say sorry when she cries..
Sorry for my english, I am French. If you need more, feel free to ask
