Breath holding - anyone?

My 21 month old has now for the 5th time held her breath when upset.

First time she was about 14 months I called ambulance because she went blue and passed our for about 1 second.

Second time i was in b&m and got super panicked she went blue again and the lady came over and stroked her face and she breathed.

Since then I researched bits but it doesn't help much, last two times she's fully passed out. My OH was holding her and she flopped backwards.
Today she slumped down into my arms and took about 5 seconds to come back around.

Does anyone else have this with their toddlers? I've kind of accepted she will eventually breath when she passes out but it's really mentally exhausting I get the same amount of fear and worry each time I can't help it lol

Any coping mechanisms?

Holding their breath before crying is quite normal, but it normally only lasts a few seconds.

It seems that only when she loses consciousness does the part of the brain making her hold her breath stop and allow her to breathe again, it must be terrifying.

I have looked it up online and it says whilst it is normally harmless, you should see a gp to make sure there isn't an underlying condition.
